Our dear friend Ryan Bullock lost his battle to the opioid epidemic that is sweeping this nation. The name Ryan's Rope comes from a concept of a few things. One of the most proven ways for an addict to remain clean and sober is helping others, the way someone helped them. Many addicts, when describing their difficulties of getting sober will compare it to a giant uphill battle or mountain to climb. So the basis of the idea is that whenever you see a group of "mountain climbers" they are always connected to each other by ropes. In a conversation with Ryan's mom, she said she wished her son had a rope, and along came
Ryan's Rope Foundation,
a non-profit 501(c)(3) corporation.
Our mission and main objective is to provide funding and resources to those affected by the addiction epidemic who do not have the means to do so
